Draft Criteria for Development Areas Expansion Feedback

This questionnaire has concluded - thank you to everyone who participated!

The current Comprehensive Plan includes recommendations for the potential timing of Development Areas expansion, but it does not include evaluation criteria for how to determine where and how future expansion should occur. We need to consider the possibility that at some point the current Development Areas may no longer have sufficient capacity to accommodate future housing and employment needs. Even if an expansion is not needed soon, it is important to have evaluation criteria in place and to coordinate with service providers for future infrastructure needs.
