Project Update: May 2026

On April 14, staff recommended, and the Planning Commission agreed, to indefinitely defer the public hearing process for the fill regulations zoning text amendment. This will allow staff time to pursue further work on the draft ordinance in response to community concerns and previous direction from the Board.
